We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. In order to provide the best care to all our patients and manage our schedule effectively, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend your appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full quoted cost of your appointment.

 

No-Shows

  • If you miss your appointment without contacting us in advance, this will be considered a no-show.

  • A no-show fee of equivalent to the full quoted cost of your appointment may be charged to your account.

  • After 2 missed appointments, we may require a deposit to schedule future visits or review your ability to book non-urgent appointments.

 

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations happen. If you experience an emergency or illness, please let us know — we’re happy to use discretion and may waive or reduce the fee. Please note that we may require proof of illness in the form of a medical certificate in order to process these cancellations.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please call our office on 0400 456 418 or email us at admin@elevatehealthservices.com.au during business hours. Voicemail and email timestamps will be honoured if received outside of open hours.
