What is
Restorative Care?
Restorative Care is a time-limited, outcomes-driven program (up to 16 weeks) that focuses on improving what matters most to you. Rather than ongoing support, this program aims to build skills, reduce reliance on care and restore independence through targeted therapy and practical strategies.

Your Restorative Care Journey

How We Support You
Our experienced allied health team works alongside you to set meaningful goals and achieve real-world outcomes. Support may include personalised occupational therapy, functional and mobility assessments, strength and daily living support, and practical strategies to improve safety and independence. Recommendations for assistive equipment or home modifications are provided where appropriate.
All care is individualised, collaborative, and focused on progress.
