What is
Restorative Care?
Restorative Care is a time-limited, outcomes-driven program (up to 16 weeks) that focuses on improving what matters most to you. Rather than ongoing support, this program aims to build skills, reduce reliance on care and restore independence through targeted therapy and practical strategies.

How we
Support You!
Our experienced allied health team works alongside you to create meaningful goals and turn them into real-world outcomes. Support may include:

-
Practical strategies to make everyday tasks easier and safer
-
Recommendations for assistive equipment or home modifications where appropriate
All care is individualised, collaborative and focused on progress.
