Book your telehealth appointment - Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time with one of our Occupational Therapists.

Complete your assessment - During your telehealth consult, our OT will assess your needs, environment, and level of risk.

Receive your clinical report - We will provide a comprehensive report outlining recommended falls safety devices tailored to you.

Approval & funding - Your report is sent to your care provider to support funding approval through Support at Home or NDIS.
