How it works

Our telehealth pendant alarm assessment is designed to be quick, convenient, and stress-free:

  1. Submit a referral - Complete the referral form below with your details.​​

  2. Book your telehealth appointment - Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time with one of our Occupational Therapists.

  3. Complete your assessment - During your telehealth consult, our OT will assess your needs, environment, and level of risk.

  4. Receive your clinical report - We will provide a comprehensive report outlining recommended falls safety devices tailored to you.

  5. Approval & funding - Your report is sent to your care provider to support funding approval through Support at Home or NDIS.

  • Report writing: Flat rate of $180 (1 hour total)
